Dr. Cohn grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from James Madison University and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Fairfax Family Practice where he served as Chief Academic Resident. He is a Board Certified Family Physician and has special interests in sports and preventive medicine as well as office procedures. He currently lives in the Broadlands Community with his wife and daughter.

K. Michael Rodriguez, M.D.

Dr. Rodriguez grew up in Columbia, Maryland and received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. After working as a design engineer for several years, he received his medical degree from Temple University. He completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Fairfax Family Practice where he served as Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Rodriguez is a Board Certified Family Physician and has special interests in pediatric care, office procedures and diabetes management. He lives in Ashburn Farm with his wife and son.

Jennifer S. Wilder, M.D.

Dr. Wilder grew up in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and received her B.S. degree from Texas A & M University. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University and completed her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Fairfax Family Practice. She is a Board Certified Family Physician and has a special interest in women's health. Dr. Wilder lives in Fairfax with her husband and daughter.
